The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) is seeking Quotes from qualified service providers to conduct Hearing Officer Services.

The Hearing Officer will conduct Grievance hearings requested by a Public Housing tenant, or Informal Review requested by a Housing Choice Voucher program participant, or an applicant to any of the Federal programs administered by HCAAC, who feels aggrieved by HCAAC’s action, or failure to act, involving their Lease, or any other applicable regulation.
