Notice: The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (Commission) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide RAD Program related Consulting Services to advance the redevelopment of a Commission owned 290-unit multifamily housing complex located in Glen Burnie, MD. This redevelopment will be conducted as a two-phase project, The first phase will entail the rehabilitation of an existing 90-unit mid-rise building, with the second phase consisting of another mid-rise building renovation along with new construction to replace another existing housing development sharing the site.
