The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) seeks a qualified Architectural Firm to perform requested services including the preparation of permit and construction drawings (civil, MEP, structural) and specifications based on a conceptual Scope of Services prepared by the Housing Commission and construction administration. Services should include the architect engaging civil, MEP and structural engineers, as required for the renovation and modernization of the Doll Apartments located in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
