The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County seeks experienced firms to provide consulting services related to the development of the Commissions Five-Year Agency Plan and Annual Update, update Capital Fund Improvements, update the Utility Allowances for Public Housing units and Section 8 (HCV) units in the Housing Choice Voucher Program and an update of the current Public Housing Flat Rents and exceptions as required by HUD.
