NEW REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER (PBV) PROGRAM
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks qualified and experienced developers to apply for affordable housing subsidies for new construction, substantial rehabilitation, or existing housing through the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program.
This request for proposals (RFP) contains changes in eligibility and scoring methodology from previous rounds, only accepting proposals in existing opportunity areas. BMC will host a virtual pre-proposal meeting for interested parties on Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. You must register for this meeting at: https://baltometro-org.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZErc-GoqzorGdUrM-AzDYWloxBdiJ9qtKsJ
Proposals will be evaluated on a rolling basis, but must be received by BMC no later than Thursday, August 24, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. Award decisions will be made on a rolling basis until September 14, 2023.
