The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County seeks a qualified and licensed company to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment and services necessary for the painting of units on a five year cycle for maintenance, as vacancies occur, or other reasons as requested pertinent to the project. The Five Year Cycle units are occupied while the Vacant Unit Painting is for unoccupied units. The units are located at various communities operated by the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County and located in Anne Arundel County. Submit Proposals by Thursday September 21, 2023 4:00 P.M.
