NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the bylaws of the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC), Board Chair Georgi Banna has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners.

AGENDA
The sole purpose of this special meeting is to consider and take action upon the following item of business:
Resolution #740: Consideration and approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) and the Glenarden Housing Authority (GHA) authorizing the mutual execution of the agreement and the provision of transitional management support.
In accordance with HCAAC bylaws and the Maryland Open Meetings Act, no other business shall be transacted at this special meeting.
