NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

HOUSING COMMISSION OF ANE ARUNDEL COUNTY

Notice Date: January 30, 2026

The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM 

for public comment on the 2025 and 2026 Agency Plan updates.

The in-person and hybrid virtual Public Hearing may be accessed as follows:

The plans being reviewed are required to be prepared and presented for public comment by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HCAAC is seeking public comment on the following plans:

• FY2025 – FY2029 Five-Year Agency Plan

• FY2025 Annual Agency Plan

• FY2026 Annual Agency Plan

• FY2025 Capital Fund Program Annual Statement (Fixed FY2024 – FY2028 Five-Year CFP Plan)

• FY2026 Capital Fund Program Annual Statement (Fixed FY2024 – FY2028 Five-Year CFP Plan)

The Agency Plan updates will be available for review for a 45-day public review and comment period beginning January 30, 2026 and ending March 17, 2026 at the following locations.

• HCAAC Housing Resource Center, 7485 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd., Glen Burnie MD 21061
