FY 2027 Small Area Fair Market Rents (SAFMRs) for Anne Arundel County, MD

The published SAFMRs utilized by the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County become effective October 1, 2026 for all Other Change of Units (OCUs) or New Admissions with Housing Assistance Payments (HAPs),

The FY2027 SAFMRs will become effective January 1, 2027 for all annual recertification and HUD-50058 revisions.
