As a recipient of Federal housing funds, our agency utilizes the SAVE system, managed by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services to verify citizenship and immigration status, under the Department of Homeland Security. All households members are subject to this verification before receiving any housing benefits.
The published SAFMRs utilized by the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County become effective October 1, 2026 for all Other Change of Units (OCUs) or New Admissions with Housing Assistance Payments
